MetLife is committed to providing you and your family meaningful benefit programs geared toward health and wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
One of the few company that still offers a pension plan. Co payments keep going up each year which I am sure is happening in most companies.

More than enough PTO days. Health benefit options are ok. Need to work for 5 years to receive full Company 401k match amount vested.

While they do offer benefits they are not competitive with what you could get yourself. The starting plan would have you put out $4,000 in premium for a family and you would have a $7,000 deductible. That is almost $11,000 before you start to get any benefit and then you still pay 20%.

The benefits are standard for a corporate company. There was nothing that i was wishing they would offer.

They start off at 15 paid vacation days, plus or minus holidays. They also offer matching 401k up to 5%.

401k match is dollar for dollar for the first 3 percent, and half a percent for the next two. The tuition reimbursement is $5,280 which is okay, they can do better
