Anonymous Financial Services Representative

As a financial services representative, I was not subjected to vacation or time off. I was treated more as a "self-employed" worker and could take days off as I needed to.

Good amount of time off, although it was difficult to request time off due to Seniority based system and the fact that high call volume could lower opportunities to take time off.

Vacation time is accused and given on a monthly basis. If there less than 5 years only 15 days off per year. No sick time given

One of the most generous PTO schedules I have come across with an additional 13 vacation days. Also allowed for rollover up to 10 days. With manager approval could take up to 3 weeks off in a row.
