very satisfied with the vacation time. I currently receive about 24 paid days off per year; it's nice.

Standard amount of PTO days. Takes many years to earn additional days. You have to use vacation days for sick time unless you are off long enough to go on disability.

PTO is lumped with sick. You get 18 days per year. However, if you are an hourly employee. You have to use your leave in FOUR hour increments. ie if you need to leave two hours early for a doctors apt YOU WILL be charged four hours of leave. This is RIDICULOUS! So the paid time off is smoke and mirrors as well. So if you are a single working mother, forget about a vacation. You will be using all of your PTO for your children and their doctor, dentist or if they are home sick.

Normal. Couple of days a year. You could only use them when told to use them. Buck up.

Competitive vacation days offer is offered. I have not had any problems with taking vacation or heard of anyone having problems.

As and agent you can not take time off, while the say that you can and they offer PTO the fact is you are paid on sales and if you are not in the office you lose sales.
