Employee Assistance Program

There is a program that helps out employees in hard times as in homeless or hopelessness, families in need I think its called.

Everyone I know who has applied for assistance has been denied. Something very tragic or disastrous must have to happen to be approved.

The Michael's Cares program did not help me when I needed it. There was no response or answer given from them as to why. I have worked with the company for nearly 6 years and have donated and raised money for the Michael's Cares Program every year. I will no longer support this.

They do offer them. We do a yearly fundraiser among employees.

I never needed to use the EAP but I know it was there, ifor needed.

There was almost no training, just kind of a "good luck" as they threw you into your first day at work.

You have the option to receive discounted rates on certain products, I have not personally used it but other co-workers have.

Have not had to use it. However I know someone who did and it was satisfactory.

Tried to use it once and gave up because i had to jump through hoops to get the benefits.
