They have a fund for employees in need. But it needs to be a major catastrophe, or the loss of a spouse or relative

Everyone I know who has applied for assistance has been denied. Something very tragic or disastrous must have to happen to be approved.

The Michael's Cares program did not help me when I needed it. There was no response or answer given from them as to why.
I have worked with the company for nearly 6 years and have donated and raised money for the Michael's Cares Program every year. I will no longer support this.

There was almost no training, just kind of a "good luck" as they threw you into your first day at work.

You have the option to receive discounted rates on certain products, I have not personally used it but other co-workers have.
