The discount in-store is great! Increased employee appreciation sales throughout the year are nice, too.

30% isn't all that great when they offer it to the customers too from time to time. I would appreciate 50%. However, you can stack your discount with sales so it works out sort of in the end. As employees, you just got to know when to buy.
