They are very good

Michaels has good benefits for FT employees but not great for PT employees

I enjoyed the Aetna plan I was on. it was cheap for my whole family. It covered a lot.

I do not remember what insurance they offered you, but I know on my sheet they gave me during orientation that there was some kind of medical insurance offered.

Healthcare over all has increased for all companies. Michaels has taken it to the highest cost possible for employees. The actually pay half the cost, unfortunately the deductibles are extremely high and really cover nothing, you end up paying for everything PLUS whatever you pay in each pay period. if your spouse has a job you are not allowed to cover them. No co-pay. RX's are almost retail price and if you go mail you pay a larger price than if you went to a pharmacy and paid the whole cost.
