HUGE deductible. They offer some money in your HSA but the deductibles are giant. Do the math and make sure you get a salary bump to cover it.

It covers most everything, but is now 80% coverage vs. past years of 100% coverage. The co-pay requirement prior to 100% is >$5K per year.

Health insurance was Blue Cross Blue Shield & it was mostly paid for by the company, in addition they had some HSA matching.

The health insurance is competitive. I'm single without any children so I had pretty great premiums and no co-pays. Also the HSA card is super helpful for paying off hospital bills and those large medical expenses that seem to creep up (eye glasses or contacts).

Available Health Care options were extremely good, especially the HSA option.
