It is standard now, no longer industry leading.

Health insurance is great. They pay for almost everything. There's 2 different plans, one has a low deductible and is great for families, and other one that has a high deductible, but they pay into an HSA for you, that is great for single people.

MSFT offers an HSA that they contribute to each year. Benefits are good - full vision, dental and health.

The best in the area. Zero premiums from your pocket. With a HSA and high deductible plan (not very high) you get 2500 in your HSA account annually.

It is quite generous health insurance

HSA with company contribution of $1,200 for single and $2,800 for family

High deductible plan but many services are well covered. The Health Savings card gets $800 or so a year which is helpful in off setting the high deductible
