Best thing is that I had low deductible and great coverage. The only downside is there are very few providers to pick from.

I found the insurance to be one of the best I’ve ever had. Microsoft truly wants their employees to be healthy and productive.

The health insurance at Microsoft is very comprehensive, with strong coverage options and access to quality providers. It also includes valuable wellness resources that extend beyond traditional medical care. The challenge is that the variety of plans and details can feel overwhelming at first, and it takes time to figure out how to make the most of all the options. Once you get past that learning curve, though, it’s a very strong package.
