I'm not sure there's a better healthcare plan out there, deductibles are reasonable, if non-existent, everything seems to be covered.

Full coverage, and proactive services.

Pays for most services and cost effective.

Covers almost everything with little out of pocket. Those who complain are comparing it to the crazy expensive cost that MSFT carried for it's employees in the past. I'd rather have this and better performing stock options.

No contributions needed to the health plan but extensive package as reviewed by other companies in the industry and physicians in the industry.

before they used to cover all expenses but now there is a $1500 deductible you must pay

Really good network and benefits (low or no co-pay)

Microsoft provides a very competitive Medical and Dental program; however, the HSA account configuration is very complex and difficult to verify what has been paid and to understand what is being covered by insurance.
