Health insurance plan is good, but not as good as before. Accepted by a large range of health providers, sounds good.

The health insurance benefit was by THE best benefit offered by the company. It empowered me to take control of my health.

Best Perk, Microsoft's benefit package is difficult to rival as it covers almost every aspect of life. Cons. There is no time to use said benefits. As an employee working with multiple health issues that have become more severe in recent years I have little time to care for my needs and investments. Over and Under scheduled hours either levels you with to many benefits and no time to use them or too much time, not enough money and still to many benefits.

Can go anywhere but there is a large deductible and some more out of pocket expenses

Sad about the new super high deductible (offset by a great HSA), but happy to see people with tons of dependents pay for them properly.

Excellent health insurance. Used to be free, but even with co-pay, it was better than most companies.

Health care used to best of the best before recent changes with no out of pocket cost for employee. Now it has changed. it is high deductible plan and Microsoft partially offsets the high deductible in enrollment period

Once you hit the max yearly out of pocket expenses most costs are paid for.
