I've never seen another company offer a health plan quite as generous as this one. I'm so thrilled that they made the switch from the old PPO plan into the HDHP. As a low consumer of healthcare, I can now save all that extra seed money from Microsoft into my HSA and let it grow for retirement medical expenses! It's an amazing benefit. And even though I don't use much healthcare now, I know that if I ever need it in the future, I'm covered as my out of pocket maximum is very low.

Overall a very solid plan. Used to be the best in the industry - in recent years have started passing more costs along to employees.
