Great medical but it is getting trimmed down

The health care covers almost everything

Even with recent reductions, it's still top of class.

It is good, please don't abuse it.

Overall it's quite good, but it used to pay 100% of every expense, which was amazing... unfortunately that stopped a couple years ago, but the medical is still better than most.

When I started at Microsoft the health insurance was 5 stars, employees paid no out of pocket medical expenses. That is no longer the case. In my case I needed several expensive tests run this year and had > $5000 out of pocket.
