It is a good company historically. Going through a lot of changes now. Hoping to see it transform into a better company.

They do not offer offer paid time off to ling term interns

Company has the standard benefit package for a manufacturing company that is a supplier. As compared to an OEM the benefits are subpar.

Not very understanding when you have to attend court hearings regarding your minor child. got terminated from job due attendance issues for having to attend felony hearings on an incident involving my minor child being the victim .

Dental insurance through Delta Dental. Vision insurance is decent now, but will change for 2019. Regular health insurance is affordable, but has gotten worse since last year. Deductibles are high for anything beyond a yearly checkup. Medication coverage is great, though. 401k matching is 4%. Initial vacation time for hourly is 5 days, 10 days for salary. No sick days offered. Life insurance, D&D, etc. is solid.
