Modine Manufacturing benefits

The benifits are decent, health has two plans 500 deductible and a 1500 deductible with 80% payed on most everything and 100% on preventative care. The dental will cover cleanings and a few procedures. Vision is good with the exams covered 100%.

On par with other companies

Vacation time earned is extremely slow to be gained, it is a very traditional model. With that said, there is time off for everyone between 12/24-1/1. The healthcare benefits are competitive, but I would not call them phenomenal. Flexibility in hours depends greatly on your specific position and manager.

Modine deliberately tries to be in the middle of the pack when it comes to benefits. They could easily have a great benefits package, but choose not to.

I was not able to get a permanent position it was only temporary, but they had good benefits.

Benefits are pretty average, healthcare is good, retirement is good, corporate office is off between Christmas and New Years which is a big plus though.

I wasn't given any benefits as I was a temporary employee there. The only thing I got was a Ham for working through the holidays

The paid automotive Christmas shutdown is huge (before Christmas to after new years.)
