The price is much less than many other companies the same size. There are still options to choose from.

We used to have Cigna and that coverage alone was a top reason to work here. Since Obamacare, the coverage is garbage. So much so I use the VA more than the company insurance. If you know anything about the VA you know what I am saying. If not, it's the equivalent of seeing the local butcher for an earache instead of a doctor.

it has average benefits. Not so attractive or extra ordinary. But it gives basic health and life insurance, minimum PTO (3 weeks for first 10 years) and no extra off even without pay.
