NOV strived for and achieved the best health insurance package, keeping in mind individual groups that matched individual plans. The employee cost was minimum compared to the supplement paid by the company.

High deductible in health insurance, good package for dental and vision insurance

Seem to want everyone on new high deductible consumer plan offered for 2017 where you have your own HSA. Premiums for the PPO went up. Moved to BCBS of Texas in 2016 and it's been ok. Had CIGNA before and it was an AMAZING insurance company.

Many options offered. Always the best that can be offered for the current economic state of the oilfield.

I'm very happy with my health insurance

Variety of plans, they will drop $500 into your HSA each year. The benefits seem ok, free vision and the dental plan is cheap.

They offer different Health Insurance Options (deductible) to choose from. It is very good.
