Don't need no referral and every takes the insurance Cigna ppo. Yearly $1,000.00 spend limited.

The coverage I get for my medical supplies are the best. 100% covered.

Currently Great HMO program for California Employees. I have had two surgeries. One child had major surgery with medical helicopter ride due to severity on accident. Other child has had several hospital stay due to pre-existing condition. Spouse has had surgery. I have never had to pay out of pockets cost except for co-pays cost. Unfortunately this will change in Jan 2016 with new higher cost PPO for employees now all across NOV.
