Different plans to choose from. Healthy worker plans which have low spend monthly and older worker plans which have lower deductibles but a little more monthly pull from the paycheck. Excellent time off compensation for extended leave.

It is typical of other companies. Expect a huge deductible before it covers anything.
Why is health insurance a burden of employers? Shouldn't everyone in the country receive good affordable healthcare?

Insurance plan is very costly at Dimension Data. If you're not used to paying high premiums then you need to fully ask what insurance is going to cost because it will deeply dip into your wallet.

Benefits after the NexusIS acquisition were horrible. I remember one of the Nexus employees mentioning that they would finally get good healthcare, assuming that they would get to buy into the Dimension Data plan. Dimension Data went the opposite direction, they moved the Dimension Data legacy employees to the Nexus plan to save money.
