They restrict your prescription refills. So they in a sense dictate your care give by the doctor.

They had 3 different health insurance plans that you could choose from. They were all high-deductible health plans but that is with most places now. I really wouldn't know they rescinded my job offer before I got a chance.

Useless. You will have a very large sum deducted from your paycheck every month (for us, a newly married couple with no kids, $500 every two weeks). But this covers NOTHING when you go to the doctor or pharmacy or hospital. You are forced to pay 100% of your costs until you reach a huge deductible that we can't reach until October or November each year. So you're paying at least $1000/month for insurance but can't use the insurance, then you're paying full cost for all your medical bills. Prescriptions that used to cost $20 now cost as much as $400, or are not covered at all. We were forced to stop using our local pharmacy and rely on a shady email provider. Sometimes prescriptions show up in the mail, sometimes they are delivered to neighbors or disappear completely. Sending necessary drugs through the mail is a ridiculous idea.

There are several options and you are able to find something that meets your needs. The downside is that the cost was relatively high compared to other companies its size.
