I think the copays are the only thing that I didn’t like compared to my previous employers. It was 35 USD for your primary care doctor and 50 USD for a specialist.

Insurance is pretty good, but dental stinks. They have perks that you can earn "extra money" but doing physical activities and tracking your steps and good.
401k is very generous.
