Generous 20 day pto (which combine sick/vacation time) after 5 year w/ company start accrue 25 pto days/year, but can only carry over 80hr per year or else forfeit any excess time. The con would be the healthcare deductible/max out of pocket, dependent on which 3 plans you pick. For individuals deductible range from $500, $1500, and $2500. The max out of pocket range from $3000, $4000 and $5000. But the company does contribute $500 toward HSA and if participate in their wellness program can earn up to $600 yearly to contribute toward HSA.

As with many companies, the medical benefits offered require a much higher incidence of self pay. To receive a quarterly incentive to help cut the cost of the deductible there is a program in place. It requires a tremendous amount of hoop jumping.
