Enough vacation accrual and time-off.

Great time off benefits. Sick time is separate from PTO. They also allow Volunteer Time if you are taking some time off to work at your kid's school or doing a volunteer event in your community, you can use that time from your Volunteer Time bank and not use up your Paid Time Off.
