PTO is better the longer you work here. Past few years have had a mandatory shutdown 2x a year. This forces you to use accrued PTO or take an unpaid 'vacation.'

Anonymous Technical Support Engineer

Is great. Just need to coordinate vacation and time off with you manager. They are usually pretty good at working with you on that I was able to schedule a 10 day vacation in December ( 12/23 -1/1) and only use 4 days of vacation., due to the way the weekends and the company holidays worked that year.
