2 weeks vacation. Get an additional week every 5 years. The one good thing is the sick leave is "unlimited" (meaning no hard numbers, just warned not to abuse it)

Competitive. They have removed two floating holidays for incoming employees. Vacation is two weeks off, three at 5 years, 4 at ten years.
