Neustar matches 401k which is great!

Healthcare is great and there is a good healthy employee discount program that incentives preventative care for a substantial discount on your monthly premiums. I think there is still work to be done to improve the maternity and paternity programs. I believe they are better in California than in the other offices. Similarly the snacks are much better in the California offices to attract the talent there. I love having a 401k match, though it does take 3 years to vest. They currently have an employee stock purchase plan which gives a nice 15% discount on stock, but since Neustar will be moving out of the public market, it will be interesting to see how they replace both the stock program AND the stock incentives they give for retention and performance.

The company has slightly above average benefits. Medical plans are pretty good.

Neustar provides upto $15000 per year for education fund. It is good to learn if you are a graduate student who works as well.

High Salary compared to national average. Good benefits as well. Bad side - I was given increases twice in one year because they discovered that newly hired managers were offered a higher salary than we did.

Benefits package has gone up in price over the years, but it's still really good comparatively.
