If you are remote you don't need to go into the office. Since many people are remote, wfh is mandatory for some.

NICE offers a standard Hybrid work environment, but was able to accommodate my need for full remote due to a medical condition.

We work hybrid, which means the company expects us to be in the office twice a week. Each team picks the days to come in, which kind of defeats the purpose of collaboration across different teams. However, there are some people who were grandfathered into WFH permanently before this policy was enforced.
