Very comprehensive health insurance plan, 3 options to select from for general health, 2 for vision, 1 for dental. Nokia participates in "Vitality" discount program which earns employees over $1000 off cost of plan for participating in health screenings, exercise programs (not provided by workplace), health webinars.

You have (depending on the year) two or three choices the varying levels of deductible and co-pays and associated varying levels of employee contribution. On the one hand this is good as it allows you to make the right choice for you and your family. On the other hand the information is very poorly presented - the three choices are inevitably described using different language and the various conditions organized in different ways. This means to make an apples to apples comparison you, the employee, have to spend a couple of hours studying all the information and making your own comparison charts. And probably also calling HR, who won't know the answer and will say "I will get back to you". Which they will, but you are now playing telephone with several people. It's a first class pain in the rear every year.
Once you get through all that coverage is pretty good.

Almost entirely covered by employer - very little premium from employee side.
