I am retired military so I only took their insurance for a couple of years to supplement my military health insurance benefits, but it was good insurance at a good price. I still opt'd into the disability insurance for Long Term Disability which you could select the amount of your pay you would receive, they gave 50% at no cost to the employee and you could pay to have a larger percentage at a reasonable cost.
