Best thing is will get sufficient time for task or work. Not much hurry up in any of the work. Entire team is very good and helpful including lead and manager. Can use our own business logic in development. Free to think and write code. Very helpful in providing training and also in online course like udemy Only thing i don't like is their is not much growth in salary and also the old legacy applications.
