Best thing: Apart from your CTC, you get insurance for your family and parents, Gym reimbursements and Educational assistance. And free Cab facility. Also, leaves are easily available. Worst thing: 10% of CTC is bonus which is yearly. No flexible timings. No work from home.

Fixed work time from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. 95% of the employees wont stretch beyond working hours.

Fitness allowance is cool and lots of other policies
