This is one benefit Oracle is not competitive in the market place. For maternity leave, its 6 weeks STD paid at 60% of salary and if its a c-section is 8 weeks STD, again at 60%. If you are in Sales, HR has told me there is no guarantee of commission if deals close while on leave but to work with your manager on a case-by-case basis. Paternity leave is PTO only.

6 weeks paid for a natural birth. 8 weeks paid for a C section. You are looking at 4-6 weeks of non paid time off . You get the 12 weeks FMLA. Option to use paid vacation and/or take additional time unpaid if manager approves.

You get standard 2 weeks or something. It could be more.
