Anonymous Senior Director

6 hours per pay period, maxes at 184 hours. Forced "Winter Holiday" between Christmas and New Year's charged to your vacation time. No ability to cash out accrued vacation time when you cannot use it, so you will lose vacation time once you hit 184 hours.

PTO accruement occurs at a rate of about 1 day every 4 weeks. There was a 5 day mandatory PTO from Christmas to New Years. Some employees were forced to dip into their PTO balance when they did not intend to do so.
