Paccar offers different levels of health plans depending through Premera and even Group Health. A dental plan is offered too. Price has been increasing each year. Family Group Health HMO plan was around $400/year.

Best thing is health insurance is an option but the worst thing is it is very expensive for a family. Be prepared to have a working spouse or the $600 monthly medical might make it hard to work for this firm at the below average salary they pay.
