The best thing (prior to the Thermo Fisher acquisition) were the PTO accruals and ability to manage (carry over, sell back, etc.) as you saw fit. That began to change with time following the acquisition. 401k matching increased with the Thermo Fisher Scientific acquisition.

Decent but room for improvement to be competitive within the industry.

decent amount of PTO. Sometimes it is hard to take with "rules" in place to take it.

A lot of options; very good package; floating holidays are a plus.

The 401k match at PPD improved from 3% to 6% after the acquisition from Thermo Fisher Scientific was finalized. PTO is pretty average--3 floating holidays and around 15 days of PTO per year. Health insurance is good.
