Compensation is a little below market but benefits and PTO help to subsidize where salary is lacking
Job Security is good but advancement is poor. I've seen more external hiring than internal promotion
Very fast paced environment, expectations are high.

The PTO is one of the best parts about working here. Upon hire, 17 days of PTO are accrued annually and it rises to 22 days on your 3rd anniversary, 25 days on your 4th, and 27 on your 7th. Nine holidays and one floating holiday are also time off with pay. They also offer a great healthcare package, letting you choose if you want medical, dental, and/or vision coverage. Other perks are a 401k plan, educational reimbursement, and adoption assistance to name a few.

$35 copay for doctor visits.
$70 total for me to get an IUD which while on my parent's insurance would have cost me over $1000. (Had two $35 copays for the two visits - thats all).
Gym membership reimbursement (Go 60 times in 6 months, get $125) or CSA reimbursement (I think $250 towards the CSA).
17 days PTO from day one - accumulate with each paycheck.
Get $125 per year for contact or glasses purchase.

Best thing is that health insurance is pretty cheap.
