Anonymous Software Engineer

Can be difficult to use, as it is administered by a 3rd party, EVHC, which then gives Cigna or Guardian plans. Does not work well on short notice. Comes with a Pre-existing conditions clause, which is REALLY unusual for an employer health plan

The health insurance was pretty good, not expensive with comprehensive coverage, including vision/dental.
