Employee Discounts

You can request days off, but most of the times you won't get them off because weekends are "black out days" meaning no requests off.

Decent discount. However I think they were improving it.

They gave deep discounts on their products. (40%) and then would give even deeper discounts on certain days or on certain items (monthly). They also gave "Payless Bucks" as a "prize" for store contests or allotted to the store to share or award as seen fit by mngmt. "Payless Bucks" could be used as cash in any payless store. They also awarded petty cash awards for certain contest that the team would decide to either use for a Pizza party (or Olive Garden), or we would purchase things that we wanted for the breakroom (snacks, coffee machine, copier, etc).

The discount is amazing !!! That's the only good part of that job

Percentage discount can be used on top of current sales.

It did not apply to sale items. Was 20% on a single item. new shoes were the best deals. Got a %50 discount for one shoe item each month.

only 30% is good but not enough!

The best part was you got 30% off of retail even those on sale.

The discount for the shoes were very pleasing even to be a part time associate. I only want to work there again for the discount
