Video courses. Written materials/tests and daily / hourly training completed. Training was very important and was enforced as behavior symbiotic to every moment.

Watch boring computer learning then learn register, not really hands on and everyone teaches and learns differently so it should be one set trainer so everyone is taught the exact same way no confusion

I got my training but it wasn't so amazing as you think. It starts online then on-hand, but expects you to get it on your own on the first try since the computer taught you. I got an idea on how to talk to people. We had scripts which was good, but I didn't get the proper training of actually being shown ow to do things in the first 2 months.

My manager did not teach me anything, she sent me to the only full timer at my store, but she got mad when I didn't do something her way. In fact the first four months I only saw her a max of times. Want me to do something your way? YOU have to teach me.
