Good benefits available to employees.

The medical plan provides good coverage. The employee contribution is reasonable, although the copays and deductibles went up this year.

Decent options from poor to ok. Expensive - but what isn't?

The coverage is good basic coverage

About the same as other employers, though the employee out-of-pocket is a little higher here at Pearson VUE than other places.

Good coverage and the ability to cover family

Blue Cross and Blue Shield was my choice and Pearson used them for years. With all of the healthcare changes, it was nice to have a stable insurer.

Reasonable cost sharing for an outstanding plan.

The company fights to keep cost increases as low as possible each year, some years with little or no increase. Other years, some coverage was slightly reduced or deductibles raised to hold down expenses. Overall, I have better insurance coverage with lower cost at Pearson than at any other employer.
