Several different health plan options to choose from. Premiums are based on salary...the more you make, the more you pay.

I haven't had any issues. You can call a doctor 24 hours a day and get a prescription if needed. Great if you know your child has an ear infection, but you can't get into a doctor for a few days.

Health insurance is so so, very standard plan. It has the typical coverage. So I opt for the flexible spending on health costs, so that I can lower the cost as much as I can.

Benefits were very good which is expected with a company of this size. A bit expensive if you have a family but that's to be expected.

Their customer service was a little spotty, my dentist had to call them three or four times to get the information, and then it turned out the benefits office didn't have my birthday right (and, as far as I know, they never corrected it).
