Employee Assistance Program

Pretty generous but requires many phone calls and paperwork.

EAP is offered, but not widely used

It helped our cashier pay for a funeral.

Their is no such thing as employee assistance in any part of PetSmart b

I didn't use this but was aware of it

The EAP is a free resource and provides help to people in need with financial issues. Everyone is eligible as well

When you first accept the job and give them your banking information, they ask if you would like for part of every paycheck to be taken out and donated to the Employee Assistance Program. You can say yes or no and it will not affect you in anyway. If you are an employee going through hardships, such as a spouse who is unable to work or losing your house to a fire, you are able to apply for this assistance program.

One of the best employee assistance programs I have ever seen. I have had associates get help with emergency dental work, misplaced housing emergencies, etc. Usually comes with 2 days.
