Fairly good for employee health coverage with different levels to choose from. Can get really expensive if you are adding a spouse or child to it however.

There are some better plans out there but it offers everything you need for yourself and your family. A few options to choose from based on needs and what you want to pay. Vision and dental as well.

Expensive, especially with a spouse. You pay an extra $20 per week out of your pay check if you cover your spouse.

I had an issue with a hospital not being covered by the insurance , and I was stuck with tens of thousands of dollars of medical debt that took years to pay off.

Too expensive for what you’re given (or not given). But it is a nice benefit to have.

You can choose what coverage you want, but it is a bit pricey for the coverage given. You would think a company as large as PetSmart would be able to offer a larger discount. But that is not the case.
