If you are coming from other retail company, the health package benefits are very good. If you are coming from a field outside retail, you will think they are poor.

Expensive, almost not even worth it unless you're single. As a single person, I would normally pay around $21/week for insurance with a $2500 annual deductible. You do get $250 on an HSA, which helps. If you participate in their health program, you save $10/week on premiums, which also helps. That makes the plan almost worth it.
