They roll over into the next year if any unused

Sick pay is 1 hour accumulated every 30 hours worked

Sick days cap at 120 hours. They roll over from one year to the next until you hit the cap.

Sick time available for FT employees only. Earned and accumulated. Always great to have. Can be used if you have a child who depends on you - child home sick, you can use a sick day to care for them.

its earned at a low rate. its really hard to be sick as a trainer cause there is no one to cover for you

If you get sick then you are out of luck. They have no compensation plan or coverage for your absence or hardship. Speaking from personal experience, I got extremely ill and was asked to resign because they would not assist in my recovery.
