Sick Leave

Part time does not get any sick days.. full time does

If you use a sick day, or call in sick, as an hourly associate, your weekly hours will drop dramatically until ssomeone either quits, or someone else's availavily changes and you're the only one left to fill the time slot.

Unless youre full time, You are expected to show up to work even if you are sick

6 days a year for sick leave

You did not have any sick days as a part time employee. full time employees were able to receive sick days and annual leave.

No paid sick days and if you call out managers have an attitude

the sick time rolls if you do not use it. if you pre plan your sick days you do not generally get penalized.

They tell you to come to work anyways, or make you feel bad.

No sick days were offered to me, I did not hear anything about time off or sick days.
