Copays and coinsurance are quite expensive now.

Pretty good. Very low to no co-pay. The 2k annual deductible was steep, but the pay was enough to cover it.

Very high deductible, virtually all the expense are from your own pocket until a very high limit is reached (say 9000 dollars)

Expensive and it keeps going up every year. It would probably save the company a lot of money if the company went smoke free. Half the employees who smoke are always suffering from smoke related illnesses, and it seems everyone is always out for gastric bypass surgery.

Decent insurance...BCBS, is not bad

Top of the industry with health care packages. BCBS or United Healthcare PPO's. Dental care with Delta Dental. Eye care with VSP. I was very happy with the health care packages.

The Health care benefits are very comprehensive.

The HSA payments are practically automated. I rarely have to manually pay for any medical biils.

Reasonable employee contribution overall, but they- like all employers, are pushing everyone to High Deductible plans.

Had a very hard time getting someone to help me get my insurance card.
