We strted qith wellsfargo 401k. They changed to Principal. We hated principal. It looked like under Wellsfargo our 401k did better. But Pilot only cares about Pilot not their employees.

401k match is limited, they also put you in retirement year plans that have little gains so you will need to switch your investments
