Job Training

Job training consists of going on appointments with your leader to learn how to do presentation based on your warm market. There is onsite training by attending meetings, however, the meetings become redundant with information being constantly repeated, which is SELL, SELL, SELL

Training for every phase of business is available from top producers.

Training is 2-3 times a week and it's honestly a great environment to be in. Doesn't feel like an obligation to be honest. I love going to the office to see how all my co-workers are doing.

On the job training is how I learn best, and others tell me it is how they prefer to learn too. Our shadowing and mentorship field training coupled with classroom and online training affords everyone the opportunity to learn at their own pace.

There's no training to speak of in terms of true financial education. I worked for Prudential in the past, and their financial training was excellent. Primerica training is focused on how to recruit (read: how to con) others into working for the company.

They get into the nuts & bolts of how financial products work. Whether at the office, conference calls or on-line

They provide very good training if you are willing to learn and can actually get promted to the top immediately if you meet sales goals

Primerica really does provides all the training we need: Education for obtaining licenses. Product training, sales training, team building training, all of this is designed for each person to work at their own pace and to build to the degree they desire.
