They throw you to the wolves, no real development as there is no real dress code and things of that nature. Again once they get fresh new people they forget about the ones who are already there

Training is offered, however, your training comes down to how many appointments you can schedule with your leader to go on. During training you do not get commission - your leader gets it. Remember, you are in training.

Their development is ongoing at every weekly meeting. Feedback is encouraged and resources are gathered from various sources to provide well rounded individual growth, not just in business or Primerica, but a better person in life in our community. That is the goal for our office.

The worst thing about Primerica is the central dogma that financial licenses are only a means to an end - that end being the ability to obtain override commissions from people you recruit. The company is much less about generating and servicing clients, and much more about bringing people "into the fold".

There is a lot of in house classes that are offered if you want to expand skills. A few are a bit dated and need to be updated for current times but more often than not you have a lot at your fingertips. you also have instructor led courses that you can sign up for too.
